Intervals: This advanced, beat-based elliptical workout has two major challenges: climbs with quick tempos and tabata intervals. With six songs total, your goal is to either match your stride to the rhythm of the beat, or push beyond the rhythm. Workout to an all-EDM playlist.
7 Songs, 7 Words with John T.
Multidirectional + Intervals: This intermediate elliptical dance party has seven songs. After the warmup, you’ll go through a three-song circuit twice. You’ll climb without handlebars, work in reverse directional training, and push through intervals. Enjoy the playlist and dance it out!

Race Beyond the Beat with John T.
Intervals: In this advanced, beat-based workout you’ll conquer a three-song circuit twice. You’ll have one song for resistance training, followed by two songs for intervals. You’ll ride to the beat and be given RPMs to follow in each song. Push play and get breathless on the bike!
Rhythm Rider with John T.
Intervals: Find your rhythm and push past the beat in this intermediate indoor cycling workout. The workout has six songs—three for resistance training and three for intervals. Push play and find your beat!
Descending Fartlek Fun with Rochelle M.
Speed Work: This workout is designed for advanced runners who want to build speed and precision. There are three blocks of fartlek work with recovery between each to reset, gain composure, and get right back into the fun!
Find Your Toughness with Rochelle M.
Endurance: This workout is designed for intermediate runners who want to further develop their endurance and mental toughness. Mental toughness is a critical skill for getting through long races!
Full Body Maintenance with Ackeem E.
Full Body + Weights: This is full body routine. Work through complex movements, focusing on specific muscle groups. You’ll use weights for the first movement, and burnout the muscle with a second bodyweight movement.
Chest and Core with Ackeem E.
Upper Body + Core: This is a chest and core routine. In order to do a perfect push up, you need a strong core and to practice different variations. This is a benchmark workout to come back to and test your progress. Do your best, and overtime you will get stronger.

Full Body: Take a few moments to nourish your body and mind with this total body stretch for all levels. You’ll feel an all over calmness by the end.
SnapBack with Ackeem E.
Lower Body + Equipment: Often, we don’t realize how tight we are until we have to touch our toes. In this routine you’ll start in a butterfly position, go through a series of static stretches to open the hips, stretch the hamstrings, and soothe the lower back. You’ll need a mat for this class.

Intervals: Find your inner sunshine in this treadmill workout. You’ll have a combination of walking, incline and jogging intervals to a high-energy playlist.
Find Happiness with Jaime M.
Walk + Jog: This is a great beginner treadmill workout for someone to do in a pinch—whether it’s a lunch break or a quick reset to boost your energy for the rest of the day. You’ll focus on the theme of happiness as you walk and jog.
Going Up! with Rochelle M.
Incline: This workout is designed for athletes who are ready to increase their stamina and improve race performance with inclines. You’ll have four blocks of work, and each block will increase the incline. Push play and get ready to go up!
Run, Walk Intervals with Rochelle M.
Intervals: This workout is designed for intermediate athletes who need a workout that includes both running and walking. Each interval duration will match the recovery time. For example, a 3-minute run will be followed by 3-minute walk.
Mini Cardio Party with John T.
Incline Walk + Jog: Spark your heart rate with this beginner walk and jog treadmill workout. You’ll have four songs total, two to conquer incline walking and two to crush jogging intervals. Get ready for a cardio party!
Sprinting Bookends with Ackeem E.
Full Body + Weights + Sprint: You’ll need a set of dumbbells for this short strength circuit, bookended by two sprint-focused workouts on the treadmill. Each exercise and interval will have two variations. The first will be intense, and the second will be an easier variation. If you can make it through the first part of each, the rest will be smooth sailing!
Pyramid Scheme with Ackeem E.
Intervals: This is an excellent class to develop speed work, while simultaneously building your overall endurance. There is one pyramid of work. As the pyramid progresses, times will decrease and speed will increase.
