Why a maternity program?
At Aaptiv we’re committed to meeting our app members where they are. That means providing them with various types of exercises that can be done at home or at the gym, with an app on your iPhone or Android phone. That means creating different levels of workouts for women—from beginner to advanced. We meet our pregnant members’ needs in an individual way so we can positively impact their fitness journeys and leave a positive imprint.
