3 New Fall Challenges You Won’t Want to Miss

Feel-good fall is on the way.

You signed up for Summer Bootcamp (and crushed it!), five weeks have flown by, and you’re probably wondering what you’ll do now that it’s over. Well, Summer Bootcamp will live on as a program in-app, but it’s time for something new! Channel your Bootcamp momentum into one of three new Team Challenges coming August 19th: First 5K, Fastest 5K, and 20 for 20. Keep reading to learn more about each, then choose the challenge that best fits your needs. Once you get started, motivate your teammates and watch yourself become a stronger you.

First 5K (All Levels):

You’ve been dreaming about tackling your first race, and we’re making it happen with a running program built to help you log that 3.1. By the end of the program you will have a working knowledge of running form, mechanics, and the ability to run a 5K race.

This challenge is for you if:

Fastest 5K (All Levels):

You’ve got the distance down—now it’s all about speed. Push your limits with this challenge and cross the finish line in record time. By the end of the program, you will see an improvement in your running form and have a better understanding of your speed and how to improve it.

This challenge is for you if:

20 for 20 (All Levels):

Core strength is the foundation of a strong body, and it doesn’t take hours in the gym to achieve it. Get in, get sweaty, and get strong with 20 workouts that are 20 minutes or less each. After you finish, you will see an improvement in your overall core strength.
