Jumpstart your new year with our new Feel Fit in 4 Challenge. This four week challenge will inspire you to move, sweat, and benchmark your progress each week. The classes include a mix of cardio, strength training and Pilates to build your muscular strength, increase your endurance and focus on your core awareness and motor control.

Is this your first Team Challenge? Here is a quick overview of how it works:
- You can sign up for challenges through the Programs tab in the Aaptiv app
- Team Challenges kick off every Monday, so if you’re not ready to commit during the first week, you can join the following week
- Once each Challenge begins, all participants will be assigned into smaller groups. And, for an extra boost of motivation and a little friendly competition, each group will then be broken into two teams
- You will complete the assigned workouts and will earn points for your respective teams. The team with the most points at the end of the challenge wins!
- Each group will have a dedicated community feed, just go to the Team tab in the app and switch from “Global Feed” to your Team Challenge
- Team Challenges seamlessly integrate with Aaptiv Coach. Once your Challenge begins, your workouts will show up within Coach as part of your daily plan
