Mobility SmartCoach Transforms User Mobility Function in Four Easy Steps

1. Assess

• User completes 8-point mobility assessment to evaluate the baseline mobility for their hips, shoulder, and posterior chain mobility

• Following the 8-point mobility assessment, user receives a mobility score and mobility map which helps quantify and visualize their baseline mobility.

2. Plan

• SmartCoach’s AI algorithm creates a tailored workout plan consisting of ~10-minute mobility workouts based on the results of the mobility assessment.

3. Move and Improve

• After each workout, the user gives feedback on the exercises, and SmartCoach’s AI adjusts the next workout.

4. Assess (Again)

• User re-takes the 8-point mobility assessment every 6 weeks and receives a new score and map.

• SmartCoach’s AI continues to adapt and create personalized workouts in line with new mobility score.
