Aaptiv’s Digital Guided Fitness and Wellness Programs for Employees

Aaptiv offers a wide range of guided programs designed for employees at every stage of their fitness journey, whether a beginner, an avid runner, a yoga novice, a weight lifter, or a new or expecting mom. We’re excited to showcase some of the fitness and wellness programs currently available on the app. Each program is led by expert trainers who provide support, encouragement, and instruction throughout the workouts. Additionally, employees can engage with a community board, sharing photos and posting completed workouts with fellow members.

Mediation for Busy Minds

3 Weeks

Take on this delightful journey with Jade Alexis tailor-made for both the hustle of the workplace and the whirlwind of anxious thoughts. Begin a journey to tranquility through these accessible meditation techniques, crafted to be an antidote to the daily grind. Sprinkled with feel-good restorative yoga postures, this program is like a warm hug for the mind and body, providing relief from stress and bringing a burst of clarity to thoughts.

New to Fitness

2 Weeks

A 10-day program designed to get a fitness journey activated! This guided program will focus on the foundational exercises that are repeated throughout these 10 workouts. Designed this way to be able to see the progress in the movement pattern. Led by Aaptiv trainers Jon and Jaime, the program includes low-impact cardio, split training strength workouts, full-body interval training sessions, and a few specialized core classes.

Walk to Run One Mile

6 Weeks

For those new to fitness or just starting to run, even one mile can feel overwhelming. We’ve created this 6-week program designed to help beginners get started. With classes ranging from 15 to 40 minutes that include a mix of walking and jogging, this program is perfect for those looking to ease into running.

Mobility and Stability for Runners

4 Weeks

This program balances mobility and core stability workouts, tailored to the cross-training needs of runners. Anticipate not only improved performance, but also a greater understanding of how mobility and stability contribute to overall athletic success. With coach Wes’ guidance, users will gain the tools and knowledge to continue optimizing their training beyond this program.

Stronger Than Yesterday

4 Weeks

This program is built around progressive overload: build from the foundational bodyweight exercises and week after week progress from light dumbbells to heavier dumbbells. Each week build will build on consistency, and strength gains will follow!

Intro to Weight-Loss

5 Weeks

In this program, receive support from five different trainers to complete four workouts each week, incorporating a combination of cardio and strength training movements. This well-rounded approach aims to motivate users, increase energy levels, and help regulate blood pressure as they embark on their weight loss journey.

Fitness and Wellness Programs for New and Expecting Moms

We understand the unique challenges that new mothers encounter on their journey through motherhood, both physically and mentally. That’s why we’re excited to share our thoughtfully designed maternity and postnatal fitness programs available in Aaptiv.

Move Through Maternity

27 Weeks

A 27-week program, beginning at week 13 and concluding at week 40 of pregnancy. Each week features three workouts that blend cardio and strength training exercises. These workouts are specifically designed to align with the unique physical changes your body experiences. Additionally, the exercises are aimed at preparing the body for labor and delivery.

Mama Bear Self Care

4 Weeks

A comprehensive 4-week plan that includes mobility exercises, strength training, walks, and meditations, all curated to help new moms feel stronger, more confident, and ready to embrace the world with their little ones. It goes beyond the typical focus of strength that most maternity programs emphasize. We prioritize physical and mental healing.
